Eating Calories Earned by Exercise
Hi all, A little confused - when i work out it gives me more calories to eat. Isn't the whole point of exercising to burn off what you've already eaten? Why would i eat more?

Hi everyone, My bf and i just got the P90X excercise dvds and we're starting them tonight after work. I'm so excited! It looks soooo hard, but seems like you really get results. Does anyone know how many calories you burn in a P90X session? I'm not sure how to log it on here. Thanks!

Not Changing
I've lost 7 lbs since i started using MFP and i only have 3 to go. But i can't get the scale to budge! I guess the good news is that i'm not gaining weight, but my goal calculator says that i should be losing a pound a week. I'm definitely not. What's wrong?
