What % cardio and what % strength?
I've been spinning or using the elliptical for an hour at a time. Keep reading that building muscle leads to weight loss. What is a good split between cardio and strength training? 50/50?

TDEE - 20%
Took the leap of faith. Ate 1200 for three weeks. Wasn't working. Started eating more and the scales started moving again. It is just so weird to eat more to lose. But if this continues, I might be a real believer.

I want to lose weight
Been doing 1240 cals a day, and working out 3-4 times a week, cardio for an hour. Initial drop, then stalled, and then 2 lbs regain. TDEE - 20% is 1740. That makes me nervous. Oh My!
Whoever suggested using a mushroom in the place of pizza dough, I could kiss you! Made BBQ chicken pizza. Flipped that big boy upside down, put some BBQ sauce on it (no, it wasn't sugar free, couldn't find any), buffalo mozzarella cheese and sautéed chicken. I love em. They are so filling too. I was just reading that Katy Perry and a few other celebs chow down on them for weight loss. I'm finding more and more, my stir-fry is almost half mushrooms.
