Whoever suggested using a mushroom in the place of pizza dough, I could kiss you!
Made BBQ chicken pizza. Flipped that big boy upside down, put some BBQ sauce on it (no, it wasn't sugar free, couldn't find any), buffalo mozzarella cheese and sautéed chicken.
Baked it for about 15 mins. and then broiled it just a tad to golden up the cheese.
Was so good it made my tongue whip my brains out (as my granddad would say).
Next time, some modifications are in order. Sugar free BBQ sauce, lowfat cheese and perhaps tofu. No dough though!!
