Am I in starvation mode?
My cal intake is 1400, and I work out, eat healthy, drink all my water, and am always in my calorie budget. Its been about 2 1/2 months and I haven't lost anything. Burning Calories
Is is possible to burn too many cals a day? I know to lose a pound a week you should burn 500 cals a day. But what if I burn more than that. Will that cause my body to hold on to fat, fearing starvation as it would in the event of not eating enough for example? Thanks for the help!!
