numb toes on treadmill
So, I've noticed that after about a half hour or so on the treadmill or elliptical, my toes start to get a little tingly, or numb, or whatever….anyone else have this issue? ANyone know what causes it, how to make it bettter? Are my shoelaces too tight or something???

heat and water retention

Hey there everyone, I was just wondering how often everyone weighs in. I was weighing myself everyday, but realized that I was getting obsessive over what the scale would say, and how much is just normal fluctuation. So now, I'm thinking just once a week will be better.
