I have logged onto MFP as of today for 365 days in a row. 109 pounds lost and maintaining. I cannot tell you how helpful MFP has been in this journey...........I am still going to continue logging daily. IT WORKS !!!!!!!!!

Firsty 5K
Just got home from running my first 5K race. My time according to the officials was 33:54:09. According to my watch it was 34:16.....I'll accept their time. I finished 182nd out of 477 runners. My victory was completing the race running all the way and not needing an ambulance....

I am overweight !!!!!!!

Down 52 pounds
As of last Thursday I am down 52 pounds. When I logged in Saturday morning it said I had been logging in for 100 days. Still have about 30 pounds to go.
