Down 52 pounds

As of last Thursday I am down 52 pounds. When I logged in Saturday morning it said I had been logging in for 100 days. Still have about 30 pounds to go. I am amazed at how easy it has been when you are dedicated to logging everything you eat. I exercise every day and drink plenty of water. I have really enjoyed reading all the posts with the tips and support. I just have never posted myself.
