Rivendell to Lonely Mountain
Saw original idea of walking/run/bike miles for Bag End to Rivendell, and thought I'd suggest continuing the journey. Total miles would be 570 miles. Plenty of time to get it done too. If any one is interested in I'd like to start next month (Feb).

Zumba
My library offers zumba free twice a week. I haven't ever done it before. I'm assuming I need to wear my workout clothes and shoes. Is there anything I need to know before I show up? Any tips?

Need more supportive people
Ok granted I have just recently gotten back on MFP, but I would really like some people who will be my cheering section. I did well until I fell off the wagon in Augest/September (somewhere in there). I'm afraid people won't take me seriously after such a long break, but I really do want this.

Injured Tendon
I recently (Aug 12) injured the tendon in the back of my ankle. I know I need to take it easy, doing ice and rest, plus a brace when walking. Any suggestions for workouts? I miss my cardio.

E-town/Radclif Exercise Group?
Hey I am looking for a least one person who is interested in getting together to walk/run at least once a week. I work afternoons 3:30-8:00 but can arrange my schedule. I'd be able to meet mornings after 9 if that works better. I usually go to Freeman Lake or Saunders Springs.

Bra question
I want to start running. I made the mistake of jogging in my regular bra and injured myself (two months ago). I know that I need a good sports bra, however this isn't an option at the moment. I wear a 40HH. I have to make a two hour trip to get bras. I have tried ordering on-line before and not had good luck with getting a…

Jog/Run or Not?
I am considering starting to jog- eventually run. However I am trying to decide if I should hold off a while longer. I weigh 199lbs, my knees sometimes slip ( loose support for a second) and I have an ankle that bothers me on occasion. I really want to run 5ks and eventually do a "Warrior Dash" style activity. But I also…

Soda addict looking for friends/support
Made it through yesterday's biggest challenge. I had to go to the grocery store with my husband. We always make a list and eat before we go, so that wasn't such a big deal. But I love soda. We got to the check out and my husband (bless his heart) grabs a soda for himself. I spent the next several minutes chanting "I have…

Just saying Hi!
I'm new, I just found this site yesterday. I have a hard time when I hit that point where I don't loose weight for two weeks. I currently weigh 208lbs and am headed for 140/145. Last summer I got to 192lbs and got frustrated. So I'm trying again. Hopefully with some support I'll make it this time around.
