I'm new, I just found this site yesterday. I have a hard time when I hit that point where I don't loose weight for two weeks. I currently weigh 208lbs and am headed for 140/145. Last summer I got to 192lbs and got frustrated. So I'm trying again. Hopefully with some support I'll make it this time around.

The support is whats great about this site, make some friends and don't give up when you plateau :-)0

Thanks! I'm a little worried, because with the warmer weather we have to push mow our lawn (all 5 acres), I'm burning upwards of 500 calories a day. I expect to see results, but I'm concerned I may loose and then gain a bunch or stop loosing and get discouraged all over again.0
