I'm wanting to build my arms up for my wedding in October. I have the chicken wing thing going. I'm hoping for simple tricep exercises with dumbbell. I've been doing push ups and planks. But I get bored with arm exercises-sadly-which why they have to be simple. So do any of you have some ideas?
