So I just took a new summer job of Housekeeping at a hotel. I'm wondering if I can really claim that as exercise for the day. It seems too easy, but at the same time I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day bending over, scrubbing, lifting heavy sheets, etc. I even found my self doing jump squats on my tip toes while dusting just to see I could lose a calorie or two. So what do you all think? I mean I still exercise my usual routines on days off, but when I get home from work I'm so exhausted that going for a run is not possible.
