okay not a huge thing, nd i still have alot to go, but want to show some progress i was 320 me at 290, i can see a good change, still have a long road ahead, but i am up for the fight :)

so there is 35 weeks left in the year, and i am at 295, official weigh in tomorrow, my goal is by january 1st to be at 200lbs, thats 95 more pounds on top of the 25 i have already lost. 2.75 pounds a week roughly, anybody lose this kind of weight in this time frame? advice? i want to join the military so i am kind of on a…

question for the men.
so i have bien doing a good amount of exercise the past week, but i have noticed the past 2 days that i have alot more aggresion. is that a general thing do to an increase in testosterone? not to a violent point, but a little more strut to me, and maybe a little more attitude if you will. any info?

ended the day at -50 net clories
okay, so my headline about says it all, but let me give you some ideas. i am 5'11 300lbs, i ate almost 1500 calories today, and burned 1550ish, my regular intake is set at like 2400 calories, and i cant eat that much, it is impossible. i felt sick and bloated stuffing the 1500 down. no way i could add the extra calories…

2500 calorie bmr before working out
wow that is alot of calories, either i'm not eating enough, or it is way off, some help witht this would be nice. i think the only time i ever cleared 2500 calories in a day was when i was drinking a 2liter of dew a day. anyway advice please, and how should i bulk up my calories if this is right?
