Strange cravings...
Since starting your new lifestyle to lose weight.. have you gained strange cravings?? For the past 2 weeks[ maybe longer ] I have been craving cookie dough.. yea.. just raw cookie dough!! It sounds SO good! lol.. I refuse to even walk by it in the store. lol... Is this just me?

IM BACK!! YAY
So i fell off for about a MONTH!! i found out i was preggo and last week i lost the baby =[ so instead of getting wrapped up in depression i got back to my routine! (i was so sick during the pregnancy i didnt have energy to do anything) i gained 6 lbs in a month which is ok.. im back on track and ready to start again =]…

WOO HOO!!
its not a huge accomplishment.. but just this week i started burning 501 calories during a workout... i was so excited to get to 500!!! i did that for 2 days.. and today i did 505!!! lol.. thanks for allowing me to share my excitment from my tiny accomplishment =]

leftover calories...
i was looking at my reports from throughout the week.. and i have at least 350-7 hundred something calories leftover EVERYDAY. without even trying. i dont understand how im doing this. i dont want to gain or be stuck at my same weight.. so how do i get myself to eat more. lol..
