Ok.. so when im exercising i always try to burn more calories today than i did yesterday.. well i just found out about a week ago that im pregnant... so i dont know if that is the reason why.. but i keep burning 30 cal less than my goal for each workout =[ and i just CANT push myself to work harder because im already on the verge of stopping because im feeling like puking lol.. (that sounds bad but its not like i NEED to stop) lol.. anyway.. ladies who have worked out while pregnant.. even way way in the beginning around like 4-5 weeks did it keep you from working out as hard as you want?? or am i just having on off time???

    Congratulations!!

I'd say to listen to your body. If you feel like you need to stop, then do so. Your body is using up an awful lot of energy growing a baby, so don't worry about the extra 30 calories.

    Take care! :flowerforyou:

    CONGRATS! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

I agree, listen to what your body is saying! I have heard before that you can work out the same if you were already working out for a consistent amount of time before you got pregnant.
  • I was working out like a mad woman before I got pregnant. After morning sickness started I wasn't able to work out without puking. I was waiting for the morning sickness (all day sickness) to go away but it never did. It lasted until the day I had my baby. I ended up walking more than anything. I would take it easy until the sick phase goes away. Hopefully it does for you.

    Congrats!

That was actually one of the first signs I was pregnant. I was doing 190 stides/min on the eliptical, once I was 3-4 week along I could only do 150 or so. It was wierd. I didn't even know I was pregnant.

Before I knew I was pregnant, I was EXHAUSTED and couldn't figure out why. I was sleeping 12-15 hour nights regularly.

I think it's normal that your body is telling you to slow down. Seriously -- can you imagine what is required from your body as that baby is growing and forming? It's normal to be tired physically, not just a mental thing. :flowerforyou:
