Feel free to add your own :) DON'T start any diet that you see on TV or the internet.. DON'T eat frozen packaged meals(some people think they are ok.. IMO no way!) DO drink mainly water!! switching up routine
Hello! I have a question.. Say your body gets use to an elliptical and you switch up and start running outside.. If your body gets use to running outside can you switch up again by going back to the elliptical? Or does it have to be something else??

I have lost 22 lbs! im so so so happy. i NEVER thought i could do it. I have never been more motivated to exercise and eat right! Running Nightmare!!
So i attempted to start running today. Of course i didnt expect to be able to. but i couldnt even jog for 2 min.! lol.. maybe 30 sec.! haha. it really hurt the top of my ankles.. is this normal for a beginner? and how do i get my body to learn how to jog longer...thanks =]
