The C25K program is part of CoolRunning.com - The link for the program is here: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

The website c25k.com is a collaborative website where the individual posts everything you may need for C25K. Including podcasts / mp3 files that you can put on your mp3 player to follow the plan (it tells you when to run / walk each week). I have enjoyed Robert Ullrey's podcasts.

I hope this helps some. It is a great program!

I started Week 4 of the program this morning and love it. I recommend reading all of the information posted on the website (the previous post) because it is extremely helpful.

    Good luck!

You get the schedule and start with Week 1 day 1. You keep doing the week until you can complete each session at a conversational pace (can say a work or two if needed). Then move onto the next week. I think week 5 was the hardest since it is the first time you run continously. Feel free to take as much time as you need. If you find a session easy, don't skip around. You can make it more challenging or less challenging by changing the terrain (hills or flat areas). I would highly recommend not doing it on a treadmill. I have seen people do this and have a really hard time transitioning to outdoors.

Good Luck and have fun. It is a good program.
