switching up routine

Hello! I have a question.. Say your body gets use to an elliptical and you switch up and start running outside.. If your body gets use to running outside can you switch up again by going back to the elliptical? Or does it have to be something else??

    It doesn't really matter. I think if you switch it up between the two after a while you will still be tricking your body, but to trick it even more why not add weights in between? Then your toning also :)

    Other exercises to try:
    Zumba
    Swiming
    Yoga
    Cycling
