I've lost 2 inches!!!
Ok so normally my very stubborn thights never want to lose any weight, so imagine my suprise when i did my measurements last night only to find that.... i've lost 2 inches on my thighs. I'm so happy i wanted to share this with MFP. So whats part of your body so you find it hardest to lose from?

Sickness
So now a week into my healthier eating and fitness plan and I have woken up with a stinking cold, tightness in my chest and a cough, a few people have mentioned it could be down to the change in diet. Has anyone else experienced this?

When to weigh in??
Just started my fitness regime this week and took my weight and measurements on Tuesday. I'm now happily carrying on with my fitness and diet but I am unsure when to re-weigh myself. I don't want to do it too much as I feel I may become a little obsessed. I was thinking every 2 weeks. What does everyone else do?
