Body wraps, anyone tried them?
Has anyone ever tried a body wrap, and did it work? Do any of you have some body wrap recipes that will tighten your skin without using clay? Also, will wrapping your stomach in plastic wrap while you work out help tighten and tone your skin? I've heard that it does but idk.

Not burning enough calories?
I was just curious as to how many calories you all typically burn in one day from exercise? I feel really lazy only burning 328 calories so far today, but idk if that's really as little and lazy as I'm making it out to be? Toning up my stomach?
So, everyone (friends, family, random people on here...) are telling me that at 130 and 5'8" I'm at a perfect weight and just need to tone up. I honestly want this to be the truth, but I don't really believe it... However, I'm still going to try. What are some exercises I can do to help tone up my stomach nice and tight?

Plateau
Sadly, I've hit a bit of a weight loss plateau. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get under 130. I try to stay under 700 calories a day, and workout as much as possible, but I've simply stopped loosing weight. What do you guys do when you hit a spot where you just stop loosing weight?
