Calorie Burn Question
I've seen that many folks are recording calories burned during workouts (I'm afraid I would become obsessed with it). My questions are: Do you continually adjust for fat lost and muscle built? Also, isn't this program supposed to create a continuous burn and how do we account for that?

One more "double session"!!!
I've been faithfully doing the workouts in addition to the cardio since day 1. I am soooo glad tomorrow (day 6) is my last "double session". Unfortunately it's double cardio again. Am I kidding myself by saying "I'ts going to get easier" once I've completed this week?
