Planning to run 30 minutes a day for the next 90 days. If it gets to be too easy I will increase the time to 45 minutes. I want to run my next 5k in 30 minutes. After this challenge I will begin training for the next Disneyland 1/2 marathon.
After several months my friend has finally returned my Zumba fitness workout DVDs. I will be doing the accelerated weight loss program in hopes of losing 2 pant sizes before I leave. Ready for results :)
