90 day Running Challenge

Planning to run 30 minutes a day for the next 90 days. If it gets to be too easy I will increase the time to 45 minutes. I want to run my next 5k in 30 minutes.
After this challenge I will begin training for the next Disneyland 1/2 marathon.
