Work Out 5 Days a Week

For the next 16 weeks I would like to work out 5 days a week. I just joined the Squat Challenge and the 50 miles in 30 days challenge on here and look forward to losing weight with all of you. On top of this I will be attending bootcamp and kickboxing classes at the mma gym here. Looking forward to reshaping my entire body. Let's get it ladies and gentlemen.
