Parasites controling your cravings. How true?
Hi Guys, I have seen some videos about parasites in your body that could be small or big, but controlling your cravings and mind completely. How true is that? Is there a way to kill them? or even finding out if you have them? I'll appreciate any input.

squats in intervals question
Hi Guys, I am doing about 100+ full squats through out the day, but I do 20 reps each time and sometimes get 2 sets together. Would doing it in interval still work? What are your thoughts?
