hmm for chocolates I think stick to dark chocolate and limited quantity. For Frozen food at least it is easy to count calories, so stay focused on daily allowed calories. My problem is mindless eating and I eat lot of home made Indian food where I just guestimate the calories(seems like I calculate it incorrectly.) :(

Magic Bullet was not working for me. It was not griding all the fiber properly for me. Blend Tec is what I have and I love it, but it is expensive. I believe NurtiBullet is good if you only want to use it for smoothies.

look for Indian food recipes, you will find plenty vegetarians with legumes and beans. If you like spices, then you will love Indian vegetarian food. I have been vegetarian all my life and have never missed meat...;)

putting skirt or short on top of one piece will not make it look odd. I have done it and I have seen others do it too. Go for it. Be comfortable.

Chinese folks have different genes. Have you seen mixed Chinese people born and brought up in US? They do gain weight just like normal Americans. However, I do agree with you that the chinese food in US is more for US folks, actual food in China is much healthier and more steamed veggies and fresh fruites....:)

Try This: 1 can of chick peas drained and washes 1 small red onion diced 2 chopped tomatoes 3-4 table spoon chopped cilantro 1-2 green onion chopped 1 jalapeno chopped add salt, lemon juice, little sugar, cumin powder tastes yummy...:)
