Greek yogurt. I have tried every brand, even FAGE which doesn't have the tanginess. It's just too thick and I get the whole gag reflex going. Gross.

My Nutritionist pushes this on me every session. I refuse to even try it at this point.

Head cheese, blood sausage/black pudding, raw oysters. sardines, canned salmon...my father's family is from another country so he was raised eating things that my American palette just can't fathom.

Most seafood and celery. Because of taste AND texture. Olives and cucumbers because of taste. And.....I'm iffy on oatmeal, solely because of its texture. I think that's the gist of it for me.....

I'm not going to be popular here but protein shakes!

I think I had a few bad experiences with bad flavours/ bad shakes and now every time I think of one all of a sudden I'm not hungry. I physically shuddered at my desk just thinking about the last one I drank.

If you can imagine mixing a lot of chalk dust into skim milk, drinking it and smelling a REALLY fake-strawberry smelling candy bar at the same time you're getting close. It had that horrible feeling in the back of my throat like when I eat really dry overcooked chicken breast.

I can't really "do" the shakes anymore.
