Extreme Hunger After Long/ Intense Exercise Routines
Does anyone experience insatiable hunger after an intense or a long exercise routine such as using the elliptical or swimming? When I exercise hard I seem to be very hungry afterwards and eat more than I do on not so intense exercise days. Does this happen to anyone else?

Arm Weights and a Treadmill Workout Together
Do you ever workout on the treadmill with weights on? Do you build up your stamina with the weights the same way you build up your intensity and duration? Would you build to the maximum speed and incline you are capable of and then add the weighs to increase the calorie burn? What works for you?
