Setting lifting goals
How do I know what to set for goals for lifting stats? I know what my calculated 1 rep max is, but I don't know what to aim for? Any tips for deciding? Thanks! :o )

Pull ups/Chin ups
Is there a difference? My main question is this - How do I work my way to doing these? There is no assisted pull-up machine at my gym so I need a different way to work my way up to doing an un-assisted one and then adding more reps...First goal: doing ONE un-assisted... What are the steps to reaching this? Thanks! :o )

Nutrition question
What's more important to hit (when bulking or in general), calorie goals or macros? I can hit my macros pretty close, but go under quite a bit on calories...Is this not helpful at all??

What is more important as far as hitting your number goals go... calories or macros? Do you want to be slightly under calories and hit macros or over macros (yet still hit percentages) and hit calories?
