Navy BF calculator or YMCA?
I used both the navy BF calculator and the YMCA to get my BF analysis. I got 16.7% and 20% from those calculators, respectively. Now, which one is more accurate? The former sounds encouraging and all but the latter sounds like I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, which is 15% BF. Any advice on this? Thanks :)

Stronglift. Opinions?
I was advised to do stronglift program by a member here in MFP. Is it that effective? And do you only do 5 sets, 5 reps of each? Is the stronglift program effective enough to maximize fat burn? I noticed it's only squats, bench presses, and OHPs. Would that be enough for effective fat loss? Thanks. :)

How long should I lift? I stay on the gym for 1.15hrs on average. That includes 20m cardio, 15m abs, and the rest for lifting weights .
