Asking Best Workout Plans to Get Ripped! [for Female]

Hi! Any recommendations on awesome workout plans to get lean? I kinda have this goal to have defined abs by October. My BF at the moment is around 17~18%, 113lbs., and I'm 5'4". I lead a very active lifestyle, but I now I think I have hit weight loss plateau! Help! And, oh, tips on how to speed up metabolism would help too! Thanks! :)

    No reason you can't do the same workouts as guys.

    Check out Stronglifts, Starting Strength, Wendler, and NROL.

    Try toneitup, fitnessblender or sarahfit on youtube they have some awesome workouts also zuzanna light she can be really tough
