Okay, now I noticed that I have hit the plateau. I realized that I am in a state of unhealthy negative energy balance. I just don't know what to do at this point. I exercise a lot - I do Ripped in 30 in the morning almost everyday, lift weights or do karate (2-3hrs) depending on the day of the week. And on Saturdays, I box. I eat vegetables, at least 2 servings and some protein. I don't get the nutrition part. I calculated that I should eat around 1,600~1,800 cals. But I know that I don't reach that mark. I'm just afraid of going overboard in the calories and wasting all the efforts I put on this week. Oh, my friend also advised me to rest and recover for a week. Will that hurt my workout efforts for the past months?
