I fell yesterday
so yesterday i fell off and had fatty day opps i ate chicken and wedges for lunch and pop. oh man i feel so guilty... :grumble: :embarassed:

I think i expected more? but im ok with it.
So i weighed in today as it being friday and all. and i lost another 2 lbs. i was disapointed at first because i thought i could have done better then that but once i stop to think about it i was ok with that. its better then gaining lol. WHOOT!:drinker: :drinker:

I have noticed on my home page i see i have like ~1500.00 calories that i can consume.. so does this meen i have to eat all them calories in that day or can i go under it?? how does that work?
