Electric Run 5K anyone?
I just signed up for the Philly one in July. I never heard of it til yesterday but it sounds like a blast. I want to look like a running glo stick. It's a 5k at night and the route is lit up like a techno club with DJ's blasting beats. Anyone else doing it? It'll be my first 5k so I'm pretty pumped.

Day 30 on Power 90 (pics)
Today marks my 30th day doing P90. I've lost collectively 6.25 inches, the most impressive being my waist where I've lost THREE INCHES. It may not sound like a lot but it feels like a lot.
