Sunday, I decided to substitute my P90 cardio with Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout just to mix things up a bit and to see how far I could go. This workout is six 7-minute circuits that combines ballistic training, kickboxing and straight-forward aerobics with limited breaks. And these breaks are two maybe three 5 second breaks. I'm not sure I would even call them breaks; maybe death delayers is a better descriptor.
At any rate, I could not finish. I got to the 5th circuit and a wave of nausea swept over me. I got a little dizzy and my towel was completely soaked in sweat. It was disgusting. I let the dvd keep playing and I just ran in place for the 5th circuit and did whatever crunches I could in the last circuit. I'm going to give it another shot after my Day 60, but let this be a lesson. Jillian Michaels is no joke.
