I stopped counting recently and I feel a lot less stressed about eating. I just eat normal portions. I'm even losing weight! I do keep a food journal and record how I feel after each meal to see if there are any triggers or any foods that affect me positively.

I'm starting Whole30 tomorrow, the 26th, per my doctor's recommendation. Ive done the first two weeks of South Beach but have never gone longer than two weeks doing no carb. My husband is doing it too. We are kinda nervous but mostly excited.

I'm 5'2! I weigh 143 pounds. Earlier this year I was around 135 and I'd like to get back to that as a mini goal. I have a terrible habit of ceasing exercise once I reach my target weight. Time to get back on that horse!

Wow, this totally just happened to me today! I was debating all day whether I wanted to run outside or not because I was afraid people would laugh at my jigglies. I run or lift weights, but I prefer running when upset. It's therapeutic. I also clean when I'm angry at my husband. Then he starts to clean because he doesn't want me to show him up. Then when the whole house is cleaned, we look at each other and say we should get into arguments more often.

It's a picture of my Mii from Wii Fit. My Mii is fat, especially compared to the rest of my family's Mii's since they're all skinny. I thought it was kind of funny.

oooo, cjmom01's suggestions is really good! How about if you took a bite of fruit(or a veggie if you're daring) with every bit of chocolate you eat. Like strawberries, or bananas. That could fill you up so you won't have room for any more chocolates! Chocolate also pairs very nicely with those fruits.

My lips, tongue and throat get super itchy and sometimes I get little bumps. Like, SUPER itchy, to the point that I am unable to enjoy the fruits. And yep, it's related to my birch tree pollen allergy. I wasn't always like this; it started happening a few years ago when I was innocently eating bing cherries by the handful.…

This post made me laugh! A friend of mine was feeling down because she hadn't been able to exercise for a couple of days. So, I rattled off what I ate for my kid brother's birthday party in ONE day: pizza, Chinese food, cake, sushi, Oreo's, beer, and Dorito's. It most certainly cheered her up.

I really like the Go Team. Fun beats and a little different. Their song was featured on a NFL commercial as a pump up/prep song. Two Door Cinema Club is dance/alt rock. I find I can run in rhythm with both groups.
