Smelly guy at the gym
Ok - so I go to the gym at 5.30am before work - it's a 24 hr gym and there are no staff there until 8.30am. There is a young guy there that smells so bad of BO!! Struggling to maintain

Deadlift - oh the pain
OK so on Tuesday morning we had deadlifts as our warm up, I was sweet on the 95 lbs x 30 no sweat but then I thought, I can do better than this and joined the big boys and lifted 10 x 120 lbs - it felt OK at the time but now I am in a world of pain! No squat rack - only Smith machine
Hi all, my gym only has a smith machine and the barbells only go up to 40kg. I can press 35kg over my head to do the squats but no more. Bulk / Cut cycles

Seeing % breakdowns in my diary - help please
Can anyone tell me how I can view my fat/carb/protein intake by % on my diary? I keep reading I should be 30% carb, 30% fat & 40% protein split - (I am close to maintenance & Crossfit/lift weights), but how can I reconfigure my diary to show these percentages? Thanks in advance.
