Seeing % breakdowns in my diary - help please

Can anyone tell me how I can view my fat/carb/protein intake by % on my diary?
I keep reading I should be 30% carb, 30% fat & 40% protein split - (I am close to maintenance & Crossfit/lift weights), but how can I reconfigure my diary to show these percentages?

if you go into your Goals section, you can customize your %.
Then you can tell it which things to track (to show up on your daily chart).0 -

You're wanting to see your daily totals as percentages not as numbers right? I know it is on the app but I don't know if there's a way to do it on the website.0
