What if the BMR calculator lied?
What if it does? I mean maybe I am really not burning 1,680 calories just by doing nothing. Then I have to eat back anything I burn on top of this! I try but I have been eating junk just to hit those cal goals and still not hitting them. I am scared that I am wasting my time.

How to have a deficit while still eating BMR?
My BMR is 1680 and my workouts burn 600-900 daily. How do I eat back those calories and still have a deficit? Or is this way of thinking wrong? I feel like I am burning so much for nothing when I eat them back. Maybe I should just weight train and forget about the cardio.

BMR/TDEE
My TDEE is 2635 and my BMR is 1,680. I have been trying to net about 1,700, so eating back my calories. Is this wrong? So I am actually taking in about 2,200 on some days to net 1,700. Should I only eat 1,700 no matter what since my work outs are already figured into my TDEE?
