My TDEE is 2635 and my BMR is 1,680. I have been trying to net about 1,700, so eating back my calories.
Is this wrong? So I am actually taking in about 2,200 on some days to net 1,700.
Should I only eat 1,700 no matter what since my work outs are already figured into my TDEE?

Are you losing weight with this method? If so, I say there's nothing wrong about it. Eating more food + meeting weight loss goals = awesome.

I am not sure yet. I have not weighed yet, I just started doing this on advice from many on MFP.
Seems like maybe I need to just eat 1,700 no matter what...even if I don't net that.
I have been stuffing myself to get it all in.

Around here, all you are gonna get is conflicting advice. You have to either trust your intuition, or experiment to know the answer, I guess.

That sounds about right. 2100-2200 cals is 20% less than your TDEE. You should see a slightly higher than 1pound per week loss.

I agree. I quit using the net calories thing and just pay attention to how much of a deficit I'm eating from my TDEE.
