So I'm currently doing level 2 of the 30DS and oh my god! My feet are in agony! So I literally live on carbs in the form of bread! That's all I seem to eat these days. So does anyone have any ideas on how to cut down on carbs ? Weight loss question
Hey, quick question.. I've read about this in a lot of places but have no idea what it means haha. Say I burnt 300 cals on the treadmil.. what does it mean to eat back those 300 cals burnt? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of actually burning those cals in the first place? This is all based on a 1200cals diet. Thanks :)
