What do you use?
To track steps taken, calories burned, etc? I have a polar watch/band for my workouts, but I'm really interested in something to use all day to keep track of my activity level. I guess I could get a plain pedometer to track steps, but I'm curious what else is out there that you all might recommend.

HRM question
I have a Polar FT4 ..and i love it, when it works. Some days I put it on and it will not be able to detect my heart rate--keeps telling me to check the strap..but it's on right, and moistened (I just wet it--no gel)...it is very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Anyone else out there nursing and trying to lose weight?
