Anyone know anything about TDEE? I've calculated my caloric limit assuming TDEE -20%, and the number is WAY higher than the caloric limit that MFP assigns me. What does this mean? Weight Loss Time Management - your input?
So I have 15.5 weeks until my next big goal date. What do you think is a realistic weight loss goal in that time? My net calorie goal on MFP is 1530, and I try to do some form of exercise 3-5x per week (bootcamps burn around 400cals 3x week, other exercise is Moderate). Thoughts?
