Tips for prepping for a 12-week challenge!

I'll be starting a 12-week weight loss challenge within the next couple weeks, and I'd love to hear your tips on how to prepare physically, psychologically, emotionally, nutritionally, etc for success!

Before the negative nancy's make a peep, Id like to let you know that Im not using the challenge as an excuse to "start". I currently lead a moderately healthy lifestyle counting calories, eliminating processed food, and exercising regularly. I would just really love to up the ante during these challenges and see some results without buring myself out on diet and exercise, like I have in the past.
