Back on Fitness Pal! Need new friends haha
Seems like a majority of people who was my friend a few years ago are no longer active on MFP I'm Pande, I'm currently 205 lbs. Since joining fitness pal I've actually gained weight because I had quit my vegan diet and started college full time which also didn't help my activity level. I was already a fat vegan but I was…

I really wanna lose 30+ pounds in 2 months.....
Recently I lost my job... sucks real bad, and I don't have the confidence to find a new job. I'm feeling pretty worthless and unwanted. I'm 5' 6" [167.64 cm] I looked up the BMI converted into Weight and it says a "Normal weight" for someone my height would be 114.4…

Is it fair to count the calories I burn at work?
I work in food service as a cashier. I do standing non-stop for hours: walking around making drinks, grabbing food for people, lifting and stocking, lots of talking. I do it for 5 to 8 hours with maybe one 20 minute break on there somewhere. So is it okay to count the calories I burned from standing at work?
