Hypothyroid question
I was diagnosed about 6 months ago with hypothyroidism. My TSH levels are not crazy off but enough so that my endocrinologist put me on 50mcg of synthroid. I wouldn't say that I've felt a big difference in how I feel after starting to take it, but my doctor like where my levels were after a month on synthroid. However over…

Hi all, I was wondering what people thought of shakeology? How does it taste, how do you like it, why do you like it, do you feel it helps with your weightloss? It's been hard for me recently to keep myself on track with my diet and finding that motivation. So I could use some friends on here that way I don't feel like I'm going through this on my own. I'm 20 years old, live in virginia and my ultimate goal is to get back into the same shape I was before I quit figure skating (25…

Sports Injuries and Working out
So I was a competitive figure skater for 12 years and had to quit 2 years ago from a back injury, 2 slipped disks and 2 stress fractures. I was in a back brace for a couple months and went through physical therapy. I didn't get surgery or anything (probably should have, or still should). So I didn't work out most of the…

BEST Heart Rate Monitors
I'm thinking about getting a heart rate monitor to better keep track of my calories burned. My personal trainer recommended one that they sell at the gym because you can program your own information in if I wanted to do this test thing at the gym, but its $150 and I think I could get one just as good for cheaper. Any…
