The 30 Day Shred Shreded Me...OUCH!!!

1 month today!!!
I have been faithful to MFP 1 month today with absolutely no regrets....here's my results so far - * 9 lbs. lost *1/2 in. of my neck *1 in. off my waist *1 in. off my hips *1/2 in. off my thighs9 lbs & 3 in. overall !!! :bigsmile: I still have a ways to go, but I am loving the new me already!!!

for anyone who has a wii, i strongly suggest the wii fit program....i love it!!! honestly, i thought it was going to be dumb, but doing the aerobic part for 30 mins., i worked up a BIG sweat. it was fun& it didn't seem like work from doing hula hoops, to a casual run in place, it was a great work out.:bigsmile:
