Starting again
I was doing so well before the christmas holidays and since then I've just been messing about, not logging food, eating crap, not going to the gym etc etc. I now want to get back on track but I swear its so difficult!

I wish I understood why this happens!
So this week was a very lazy week for me due to exams and such, I didn't exercise at all and didn't eat as healthily as I would of liked, even went over my calorie goal twice I think! Yet I still lost 2lb this week, when usually I go to the gym about 3 times a week and on those weeks only lose 1! This happen to anyone…

Going under calorie limit once in a while
Yesterday, I burned alot of calories and also didn't eat much. I ended up with about 300 calories left from my normal 1420 limit, and I also went to the gym for hours.
