Get my motivation back!

Hi, I'm new to these forums :)
I've been using MFP to help me track my calorie count, and that combined with exercise caused me to lose 10 pounds towards the end of last year (doesn't seem like too much but for me it was amazing!!). Over the Christmas break I went abroad with my family and didn't track my food or exercise but luckily didn't put on any weight. But now that I'm back its exam period (I'm a student), so i'm not around my uni gym often and I just can't seem to be motivated to go. I'm not really bothered about what I eat, I had a small gain this week but I just don't feel that bothered!

I'm thinking if I make the giant effort of starting the gym again then hopefully I'll be more motivated. I'm more likely to stop myself eating bad food if I consider all the work I put in !
