Yesterday, I burned alot of calories and also didn't eat much. I ended up with about 300 calories left from my normal 1420 limit, and I also went to the gym for hours. I try not to eat my exercise points anyway, but I'm just wondering if being really under for one day is a bad thing. I've heard loads about 'starvation mode' etc but I doubt one day will cause that to happen, right?

If you're only under every once in a while there's no problem. It only becomes an issue when it's a constant thing.0

Right.
If you really want to keep things going, go over every now and then as well. Cheat days can really help you, in the body AND in the head.0 -
one low day won't hurt you just like one bad day won't hurt you.0

I don't think you would send your body in "starvation mode" unless you were WAY under your goal and it has to be for a prolonged perios of time. Being under 100-300 calories under your allowance shouldn't cause any problems - just speed up your weigh loss.0
