Couch to 5k program
I truly believe this is the best way to get your butt off the couch and start a running routine. I started this in June and on Thanks giving day I ran my first 5k in 38:19. Under my 40 min goal. Know i'm working on improving my times and pushing new limits i never thought was possible.

Need more Protien
So i'm having trouble with my Iron levels being to low as a result of not having enough protien. I've cut back on sugary snacks and would like to replace then with easy high protien snacks.
